A young couple looking for peace.
Tenant | Norfolk, VA, USA
Hi! We’re Eli (24) and Shae (22), a respectful young couple looking for a peaceful place to call home. I work full-time at Norfolk International Airport, and I’m also a full-time online college student. We’re both clean, responsible, and quiet, and we always respect the space and privacy of others. We’re open to renting an entire apartment or a room, as long as it’s suitable for two adults. If your property has a private basement, in-law suite, garage apartment, guest house, or any separate living space with its own entrance, we’d be happy to consider that as well. We’re 4/20 friendly and have no issue following house rules or smoking policies. One of our only must-haves is an in-unit washer and dryer (or private laundry access). Our budget is around $950/month, but we’re flexible depending on the space and what’s included. We’re looking for a stable, drama-free environment and hope to find a place where we can settle in comfortably. If you think we’d be a good fit, we’d love to hear from you!

Clarinda, 50
I am a 50 year old CCMA/ CPT
Tenant | Ashland, KY, USA
I am looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom for me and my adult son. We don't need a lot of space, as I have downsized and like to keep my life minimal. I am hoping to find a place either in or around the Ashland area. I have a budget price but will consider more if necessary, especially if it comes already furnished.
