New Listing
Tenant | Loveland, CO, USA
Hello! My girlfriend and I are moving to Loveland the last week in May. We are looking for a 1-2 bedroom apartment with a budget of (after all utilities and expenses) $1,700 a month. We also have a 3-legged dog. He's house trained but not a fan of cats. Ideally, you have a little hobby farm and views of the mountains and an in-law suite or something for us. We're definitely willing to help out around the property and she's a licensed vet tech so great with animals! If not, a spacious 1 bedroom or a 2 bedroom is our next best. Washer, dryer, dishwasher and sunlight are a must! We're open to living in a complex, but ideally we rent from people we'd get along with, help you out around the property, bring you some extra sourdough, just good neighbor vibes. Message me for more details but we have solid income, great credit, and years of renting with no issues. We don't party, we don't smoke. We love hiking, working out, line dancing, and country swing dancing! If you think we'd be a good fit or know anyone that has what we're looking for, we'd love to hear from you!
