Hi everyone, I am looking for a female student to sublet my private room in a shared house for the summer (May-August). The house is on Central Street in Waterloo, which is very close to Laurier campus and uptown Waterloo. The rent is $, utilities and wifi included. The room is quite large with a private en suite and spacious closet. There are high ceilings with a skylight, and the room comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, couch, and vanity (any of these can be removed or kept in the room). Parking is included, but on a first-come, first-served basis. This room is on the top floor of the house, sharing the floor with one other roommate. Extremely nice and polite roommates. The top-floor kitchen is shared with 4 girls and includes a designated cabinet spot. Price is open for negotiation. Message me for pictures.
