Hi there…My name is Leah and I’m interested in getting some more information about your rental.A little bit about me, I am a geriatric social worker, and have been working in my profession for over 30+ years.I am a very trustworthy person and am very respectful of the homes I live in. I was raised with extremely high morals and ethics and I utilize those values in all areas of my life. I treat the homes I live in with the utmost respect and care and as if they are my own. I don’t smoke, drink or party. I love to workout, read, play tennis, travel, bike ride and go walking. I am very family oriented and enjoy spending time with my adult son who is a paramedic and being with my parents. I am a hard working professional and an active of my community. I am looking for a place to live in and care for like it’s my own home and I am looking for a long term rental.I have a doodle named Ellie and I take my responsibilities as pet owners extremely serious and ensure proper training and behaviours (she is completely bathroom trained and has never had an accident in the home) and she has excellent manners. Ellie is highly trained in all areas and is extremely low maintenance and is very well behaved. She does not bark, chew or misbehave and spends the majority of her time on her mat. I believe she’s better behaved than most humans(and more likeable) 😂😂.I believe that I have above and beyond respect and responsibilities when it comes to taking care of the home I live in. I am a type “A”personality and I’m extremely organized and I treat my home the same way. I am a neat freak and keep my home very well cared for and have a cleaner come in biweekly to keep the home in tiptop shape.I think that I would be an excellent tenant for your home. Anticipating May 2026 move in; willing to pay extra pet deposit for our well behaved fur-children (dog is retired service dog); healthcare worker with dependable income; homeowners and landlords ourselves- but unable to buy due to immigration status; can provide background checks, credit reports, proof of employment/income; looking to be long term and reliable tenants We don’t know anyone in the area, so you don’t have to worry about any parties. We are in-bed by-9PM type of people. We’re both non-smokers. I like to paint. She is a musician. We are incredibly cleanly and our house does not smell of animals. (and I know I have not gone scent-blind because I can go over to other cat owners houses and the smell disgusts me)! Ideally my wife needs a home office, and I would like a guest room. Garage a big plus as we do a lot of our own mechanical work. Must have in unit washer/dryer. Bathtub large enough for soaking is a huge plus! Only safest of  neighborhoods will be considered,as we are two older women. High walk-ability score and proximity to bike paths is a huge plus, as we are both very fitness motivated.  Minimal steps is a benefit, as my wife has had knee surgery, however, we will consider multi floor units in the right area with the ideal amenities.  We have savings sufficient to put down deposits now and would even be willing to pay additional months rent to secure the ideal space!  if you have a place that is coming available this spring or summer we would love to have a video call with you so that you can get to know [REDACTED] and we can get a video tour of the unit 💕
