The neighborhood is typically quiet, especially at night. There is only a $100 deposit. I also require your last 4 pay stubs, either paper or electronic. The bathroom is shared, with cabinet space for multiple people. For the rest of the house, it is shared. I do not believe in confining people into their rooms.
