We live in a 4 bedroom house gated community and will like to rent a room that has a ceiling fan with remote control/app control. A queen bed is available too if needed. We are young and we spend most of our days at work or in our rooms. I have a declawed cat and 2 dogs as my companion animals as I'm a leukemia survivor.This is a new and gated community. The house was built 3 years ago, we have a pool and Jacuzzi available to us at the entrance of the complex. We have unlimited wifi. The house has security screens and brinks alarm system with access to paramedic assistance until help arrives and fire department help just a button away.We are mins away from Walmart, Costco, Sam’s, Target, LVAC, Starbucks, EOS, Dutch bros and several places to eat are less than 5 mins away too.Room and price is for one person only. We stay away from drama and we are clean. Large bedroom with a shared bath. The utilities are included and access to garage for additional storage. There is ample parking as well as high speed internet/WiFi included as well in the utilities. The room does come partially furnished but it is up to you as you may choose to use my Queen bed and night stand or your own.
