Hi, I have a room for rent in a home you can call home. It's a two-story 5-bedroom home surrounded by parks in a gated community. It's clean quiet and you'll be in a room that is private from the rest of the house. It includes a private bathroom and the laundry room is conveniently located off the bedroom. There is a shared office space, driveway parking, and some storage throughout the house. The room comes furnished but that is optional. Your roommates will be two adult female professionals, myself and my daughter. We value cleanliness, privacy, peace, and quiet. I am a government contractor so safety and security are a must for anyone considering living in our household.
