UK couple moving to Townsville

Арендатор | Townsville, QLD, Australia

Hi! 😊 We’re Alex and Ed, a friendly professional couple relocating from the UK to Townsville on 29th December 2026. I’m a dental assistant and Ed is a dentist, and we’ve both secured full-time employment in Townsville. We’re really excited to start this new chapter together and find somewhere we can settle in and call home. We’re looking for a furnished two-bedroom property, ideally in North Ward, Belgian Gardens, The Strand, the CBD or surrounding areas. Our budget is around $500–$750 per week, depending on the property, and we’re hoping for a minimum -month stay, with the possibility of extending to 12 months once we’ve settled in. We’re clean, respectful, responsible and considerate tenants. We’re both non-smokers, have no pets, and will be sharing one car, so off-street or allocated parking would be a bonus. As we’re moving over from the UK, we’re keen to find a comfortable home where we can settle into our new jobs and enjoy everything Townsville has to offer. We’re happy to provide employment documentation and can pay the required bond and rent in advance. We’d love to hear from anyone with a suitable property available around our arrival date. Thank you!
