It is right across from the hall bathroom. (I have my own bathroom in my room.) Utilities are included. I have WiFi in the house. My TV in the living room has Ruko, Netflix, and Hulu. I use mostly wood heat even though I have a normal gas furnace. This is a quiet house in a quiet neighborhood.

We are 4-twenty friendly so if that is an issue please don't apply. No smoking cigarettes inside but Outdoors is fine. Also, no frequent guests unless it's a significant other as we don't have guests over often and absolutely NO DRAMA.
