Hi there! I’m looking for roommates for a shared house pretty close to commercial drive. It’s a sweet spot with a nice back porch, lots of greenery in the summer, a bike shed and a car port/covered outdoor work area. Laundry is in the basement and shared with the downstairs suite. Rent for the three upstairs rooms (pictures , plus a small washroom) is $ plus utilities and is probably best suited to a couple or someone wanting a room and office space as the rooms connect to each other.
