This is a THREE bedroom CONDO unit, I am renting one of the rooms for $1400 (shared bath) - OR - the MASTER bedroom with private bathroom and walk in closet for $1,800, both single occupancy, WITH assigned parking. We are located in the very nice and desirable Bernardo Pines community. Bedroom will be available after June 30, 2026.While there will be a total of 4 roommates in this condo, the reality is it's ONLY you and ONE roommate who will be present in the condo most of the time. IT'S LIKE RENTING A VERY NICE LARGE CONDO FOR THE PRICE OF A ROOM. My daughter-in-law and come to the condo only 2-3 days a week.
