We’re looking for a third roommate to fill a bedroom (with private bathroom) in our house in the Upper Avenues neighborhood starting August or September. Rent is $1,200 per-month and includes garage parking with on- laundry, large backyard, a front porch with great views of the valley and the Wasatch mountains, and a large park with tennis and pickle ball courts only a 2 minute walk away. Utilities are roughly $100-200 per month, depending on the season. In the summers it's usually around $180 per month due to the sprinklers and AC, but it drops significantly in the winters since its only heating that we're for. A little about us: I’m 30 years old and a 4th year PhD student in cognitive neuroscience at the University of Utah, and my roommate is 29 years old and works at Goldman Sachs.
