All utilities will be included with the rest including Internet WIFI, Electricity, Water, Gas, Lawn Service.I prefer professional roommates that work normal work hours as I work Monday thru Friday mostly until around 5pm. I am pretty lowkey. I like to keep my place clean all the way around with no dishes in the sink, clothes or shoes laying around, and everything smelling fresh.
