We’re a super friendly and nerdy household that enjoys being roommates, playing board games, crafting, and hosting! We’re also friendly, just no smoking inside. You’ll share a bathroom with one other roommate, but have access to the entire common space including fully furnished living room, dining/game room, kitchen, and garage turned crafting space. We also have a lovely back porch that looks out into the forest alongside the Cahaba river! Located about minutes from UAB, but there’s a million things to do in Trussville and Leeds ( minutes from Buc-ee’s!). Rent is $ monthly, and utilities are split evenly between 4 people. Room comes unfurnished, but can be furnished for an increase in rent (we can discuss options). Background check is also required for a $ fee by our human (!!) landlord. Let’s get to know each other!
