Our previous roommate is open to selling his bed, dresser, nightstands, desk, and bookcase for cheap, so the room can come fully furnished if desired. The house has a large, turfed backyard and -scaped front yard, so there’s very little yard maintenance. It also has a two-car garage and this room comes with one of the spaces.
