My roommate and I are looking for someone to rent out a room in a bath apartment in Oakland by the Caldecott tunnel, about two miles from the Rockridge Bart station, in August. While the unit is pet friendly, additional pets will have to be discussed with roommates continuing the lease. Only inquiries from single occupants will be considered.The room is on the main floor of the unit opening into the living room. It is approximately square feet with a large closet making it quite spacious. The unit has a washer/ dryer and a dishwasher! The Washer and Dryer are located upstairs in the unit.
