There is just One residential parking space available to any drivers interested, and lounge chairs with a hammock underneath the backyard trees for unwinding. The space includes two accompanying flatmates, one in I.T. and Interior Design, the other in B2B Accounts and Retail Sales. They're neat, structured, clean, mind their own business, and almost always too tired from work. This living space is gamer friendly, music friendly, smoker friendly–you may smoke outside–and even baker & chef friendly. The Deposits process is flexible. Upon moving in, the roomie pays the difference of $600 to affirm their stay.

There is a small dog pad next to our apartment, and there is a dog park right next to the apartment complex. Our apartment complex is conveniently located in the Victorian Village area, and is walkable to Goodale Park, the Short North, and Arena District! The total shared base rent comes out to $1,490, $50 for sewer/water, $13 for monthly renters liability program, which we will split between us both. We will also split internet, electric, and utility bills on top of this, which can range.
