Furnished room in Oceano, 15 miles from both San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria. The room has a queen bed, a desk, a dresser, a nightstand, and two closets. All utilities and internet are included. I only stay at the condo one or two times per month for 3-4 days at a time, and it would be nice to have someone be there full time. There is free parking available on or on the surrounding streets, and you can park in the garage if you have a mid-sized car for an additional $75 per month
