For added safety, the house is equipped with ceiling fire sprinkler extinguishers throughout and exterior security cameras.You’ll have your own sink in the shared bathroom, along with dedicated drawers and cabinet space, plus pantry space for your dry goods.The home includes high-speed internet, and rent covers all utilities: water, gas, electricity, garbage, and internet.Driveway parking is available if your vehicle is in good condition and does not leak fluids; otherwise, street parking is required.I own the home and keep a quiet routine, going to bed early, so the environment is peaceful. My kids stay with me every other weekend.No drugs or smoking allowed. I’m not looking for a couple or someone who plans to have frequent overnight guests. Please be clean, respectful, and responsible.Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A late fee will be applied if rent is not paid within 3 days of the due date.The home is conveniently located about minutes from Sacramento International Airport and minutes from downtown Sacramento.
