The house is located in a calm neighborhood, parks close by, near the highway to get you anywhere you want to go fast(10 minutes from downtown Denver, 9 minutes to old town Arvada, 15 minutes to Golden, 20 minutes to Boulder, and less than 20 minutes from the Red Rocks Amphitheater!) Rent is $1200/month. All utilities are included. Security deposit is $400. Move in date would Ideally be July 1st but we can be flexible (earlier or later).
