Only loud on the weekends when playing PC games with friends. Has an occasional drink and smokes but nothing crazy at all. Super introverted weeb. One of the kindest and most considerate people I’ve ever met. Genuinely. He does have a bearded dragon in the living room & 2 boy cats. No other pets would be recommended but he wouldn’t mind introducing other cats to the mix if need be since as I move out I’m taking the other 2 cats. This property is a lovely spacious home with lots of natural light. It has a backyard full of fruit trees with a garden and deck. Lots of storage in the garage including extra fridge/freezer space. All the photos except for those of the empty room are from the original home owners a handful of years ago. There is room for 2 vehicles to park in the driveway or garage and plenty of room to park right in front of the house on the street. The room is about ft with a nice closet and built in shelves. The large window has a small seating area and lots of natural light. The room is fully carpeted and currently unfurnished.
