The house is near several major bus lines, within walking distance of the Dekum Triangle, close to both Alberta Arts District and Mississippi Avenue, and, most importantly... a Taco Bell. 🌮 Rent is $975/month plus utilities, which are split evenly among the residents. Winter is usually the most expensive and utilities average around $150 per person, give or take. I (33 fm) am looking to rent my furnished (or unfurnished) spare room + balcony and private bathroom, in my fully furnished 3 story townhouse to a traveling professional.
