There is a beautifully furnished bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with double vaniities that is shared only with guests. You will have whole house privileges. and if you love to cook and are good at it, I'll even buy the groceries. Although I am 420 friendly there can be no smoking of anything inside the house. Alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs of any kind are forbidden. I have a 15 lb, 12 yr old, very friendly, Jack Russell Terrier, rescue dog who would love to have a canine pal, so a friendly, under 25 lbs dog with excellent house manners is encouraged. My home has a large fenced yard and doggie door. For $500.00 per month I furnish all utilites including internet. However, you must be clean & neat (no clutter) able and willing to help me maintain the house. You must be kind, considerate, respectful, mild mannered, friendly and helpful. There can be no live-in partner unless permanent and subject to my approval, with an extra charge of $100 per month. An occasional overnight guest is welcome, and is also subject to my approval. The other bathroom is attached to the master bedroom. We have extra storage space available and a home that is perfect for hosting. My husband loves board games and I collect dishes.Our ideal roommate has a stable job history, is kind, respectful, and an animal lover. We are LGBT and Friendly, but there's no smoking in the house. The $ rent includes all utilities including Fiber Internet, Electric, Water, Sanitation, Toilet paper for the guest bath, and other supplies like dishwasher detergent and hand soap. We generally don't expect our roommate to take care of household chores outside of picking up after themselves and rinsing dishes before putting them in the sink.The room has freshly cleaned carpets and coat-hangers in the closet. It catches the morning sun and is located in the back of house farthest away from the noise of the kitchen and living room.
