Looking for 2 roommates to join our home for a year lease. You will share a bathroom with one other person, have plenty of storage room for personal items in upstairs and downstairs closets and garage if needed. All areas of the home are shared and open for use, there’s plenty of street parking and visitor parking for friends. Green is fine, no hard drugs. My priority is having good energy in the home, easy communication and respect overall:) The larger room is $1,200 and the smaller is $1,100. (Same prices for deposit for the lease). The person with the larger room will park in the garage (2 car shared with me) and the person in the smaller room will have the assigned parking spot. Utilities range from a total of $100-$130 each month in addition to the rent. Close to the 405, 55, 73 freeways and centrally located in Costa Mesa this home comes with laminate flooring throughout, comes with all appliances which include refrigerator, microwave, in-unit washer and dryer.
