You would be taking over the year-long lease (July 2026 - June 2027) of one of our roommates who is moving out. Move in date can be flexible as the room will be available officially by June 8th and the lease officially starts July 1st. About the room and house:Rent: $895 + utilities. We are both queer, so are looking for a roommate that is queer and trans friendly! Price is 1300 for large and 1100 for smaller. These are two rooms in a brand new townhouse, it is on a second floor, you will share a bathroom with one more person and an ocasional guest we might bring who will be on the third floor, the third floor itself is off limits. The dimensions for the room are 9’8” and 13’1” for the large one and 9’7” and 8’1” for the smaller one. The first floor has the kitchen. No pets, absolutely no smoking.
