SET-UP: I will have the smaller bedroom + the garage/driveway. Roommate(s) (single or couple) will have the master bedroom with a private bathroom (2 sinks) + deep closet. Roommate(s) will need to bring their own bedroom furniture. Shared kitchen + living room. Shared spaces are furnished.
