This is a full bathroom condo with a single car garage. The home is furnished; however, the bedroom is empty. If you are seeking a furnished room, I have furniture and can have it ready for your stay. You will have a designated parking space. A guest pass allows visitors to spend up to 9 nights overnight/month in the designated guest parking. Utilities are shared in months I am home, otherwise they are your responsibility. I am open to discussing other options. Willing to lease month to month or 6 months but preference will be given to those wanting to stay 1 year or more, who also meet the credit score criteria (+) and acceptable background check. Newer flooring and window treatments were installed. You will have full access to the gym across the street (along with free visitor passes) and local shopping is just around the corner!
