Hi, my name is Heaven. I am a 26-year old lil lady:) I’m very quirky and art driven, you’ll quickly tell with the decor. The living room is fully furnished, instead of a dining area I do have a gaming set up but there is an island and barstools in the kitchen. Your space can be decorated as you wish:-)The room will come with a full closet and your own bathroom. The photos seen are when that space was my own it’s just used as storage now and of course everything will be removed prior to move in. The complex has a heated pool, gym, and movie theatre you’ll have access to. There is a washer and dryer in unit and also a dishwasher. I am a pretty neat and tidy person (not super nit picky) but I do expect cleanliness. I do have 2 doggies named Dill Pickle and Noggin. They are small breed dogs and very sweet and loving towards people. Unfortunately they are not dog friendly. They do bark occasionally but stop once they are corrected.

My boyfriend and I are looking for a roommate to occupy the second bedroom in our apartment in Lancaster (The Residences at Lancaster Ridge). We are very clean, respectful, and stay to ourselves. We also have a pet cat. She is shy but friendly when you get to know her. You will have your own bedroom & bathroom in this apartment. We have complete living room & dining room furniture as well as kitchen appliances like a coffee maker, air fryer, and toaster. We also already have a washer and dryer that we will hook up. There is a garage attached to the unit. There is also parking available. The only thing you would have to furnish is your bedroom. Your share of rent would be about $800 a month which includes everything but electricity. Our move in date is scheduled for April 30th but we're planning on officially moving in on May 4th from Athens. We would like a roommate who can stay for a full year (May 2026-June 2027).

The bedroom is carpeted and has a sliding mirror closet. In the apartment, there is a full bathroom upstairs, and a half bathroom downstairs. The kitchen and living room are connected but separated by a half island, and the living room also connects to a small outside patio. The apartment complex has a shared community pool, workout station, and laundry room (which the laundry room does require payment to use). There is a small dog pad next to our apartment, and there is a dog park right next to the apartment complex. Our apartment complex is conveniently located in the Victorian Village area, and is walkable to Goodale Park, the Short North, and Arena District! The total shared base rent comes out to $1,490, $50 for sewer/water, $13 for monthly renters liability program, which we will split between us both. We will also split internet, electric, and utility bills on top of this, which can range.
