Room + roommates: You'd be renting a private bedroom, unfurnished. Apartment is shared with two roommates (Owen and Patrick) who have their own rooms and separate leases. Bathroom is shared with Owen. Patrick is planning to move out at the end of August; Owen may leave or stay. Lease + cost: Rent is $1325 + a $60 fee for monthly cleaning of common areas.
