Bedroom is very spacious (10ft x 12 ft) with exposed brick & large windows. There is a smaller closet in your bedroom, but plenty of room for a wardrobe. The 3rd bedroom is used as the “den” where there is a sofa and TV for relaxing and getting cozy. I have pretty much every streaming service for you to access. The den leads out to the backyard, which is a full-lot size, and has a table, chairs, fire pit and grill, perfect for any spring/summer weekend! The dining room and kitchen are very spacious with an open concept layout. The kitchen is fully stocked, with pots, pans and every kitchen gadget you can imagine! The apartment is right around the corner from the Myrtle/Broadway “triangle” and is a 7 min walk to the JZM stop. Lots of bars and coffee shops to choose from. We have a Food Bazaar, Mr. Kiwi all within minutes walk, and Dollar Tree about 10 minutes away on Myrtle. A laundromat 5 minutes away, and the closest park is Herbert Von King on Lafayette and is a 20 minute walk. Must love and not be allergic to cats!
