I would appreciate a roommate who is also quiet, cleans up after themselves, and has great hygiene. You won't have to worry about me bothering you, I work overnights and sleep in the day and keep to myself. We'd rarely see each other. I would need to see your I.D. and proof of income. The community space will come completely furnished in the kitchen and living room. We have a full backyard that is mostly dirt because of my dog ripping up the grass.
