The room is an unfurnished and room will come with a private full bathroom. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with 2 full baths upstairs. All utilities will be included with the rest including Internet WIFI, Electricity, Water, Gas, Lawn Service.I prefer professional roommates that work normal work hours as I work Monday thru Friday mostly until around 5pm. I am pretty lowkey. I like to keep my place clean all the way around with no dishes in the sink, clothes or shoes laying around, and everything smelling fresh. I do not smoke and prefer non-smoking and for sure no drugs of any kind. No additional pets I already have 2 indoor house trained cats. I’m also gay if that matters. (I do not have cable) The room is furnished with a queen bed (but can be switched to a double of desired) nightstand, chest of drawers, desk and a desk chair. The room is private as is the bathroom. You would have access to all the common areas (kitchen, living room, den, etc) as well as laundry facilities. You would have half of the 2 car garage for your vehicle. I do not have a pool but you would have access to the community pool which is about a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the home. It is only open during the summer months.
