Hello everyone! I'm renting out a bedroom in my two story townhome starting August 1st. Just to be clear, I'm renting out a bedroom with 2 other roommates staying in the others. The rent is $1050/month plus utilities. The room includes a spacious walk-in closet and shared bathroom. If interested, the application fee is $47, which covers criminal background and credit checks. If approved, the application fee will be credited towards the first month’s rent. The security deposit is the monthly rental amount and will be paid back upon ending of the lease. The floor plan is The Libretto, which you can look up online for layout details. You would have your own private hallway, bathroom, and built in bookshelves/desk within the hallway. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. In addition, there's a large back porch, beautiful natural lighting, and a massive kitchen and living room area. A little about me and the space: I’m a 27-year-old female, working full time. I’m very respectful of shared spaces and really value keeping things clean, tidy, and comfortable. I’m pretty laid back and easy to live with, and I’m looking for someone responsible, respectful, and communicative. The rent is ~$945 not including electric. The wifi/cable, sewer, and water bills are included in the rent. Electricity is through Dominion.
