The price covers all utilities including electric, water, trash, high speed wi-fi, and air conditioning. They share a bathroom between the two rooms. We have 2 dogs and cats so you must not be allergic. The animals will not access your rooms unless you invite them in. No children live in the home. The rooms provide for full access to the kitchen, laundry, back yard with built in bbq, and all other common areas. There is on street parking directly in front of the home. The home is 4.0 miles to University of St. Augusine, 1.0 miles to Palomar College San Marcos Campus, 4.0 miles to Cal State San Marcos, 13 Miles to Camp Pendleton San Luis Rey Gate, 14 Miles to Mainside Gate, 9 miles to Mira Costa College Oceanside, and 10 Miles to GIA in Carlsbad.
