In search of a roommate! Needing to have lease signed by december 5th, the apartment complex is parkway crossing by the VA. Ive lived here for years and i really love it, mins to downtown and theres not much traffic. Across the road is an Ingles and dollar tree so its a good location and the rent doesnt go up every year 🥹. Its a bath on the second story, i have a washer and dryer and theres another shared wash room downstairs. Must be able to pass an apartment backround check/ credit check. Rent is varying slightly due to water bill, You would pay $ and i would pay the other $ cause my room is bigger. currently a bartender downtown, and quiet till i get to know ya then i can be pretty chatty 🙃.
