We have a propane grill on the back patio, and all items throughout the house can be for your use. Washer and drier connected to breezeway. I take care of the trash, and clean all community areas.The room available faces the the front of the house and is the largest offered, measuring in at approx. sqft. In the room, there is a mattress, pillows. blankets, shelves, and dresser. Also, there is window AC unit to further assist the central AC to be used per your convenience.All I request is first months rent, $s-i.x.5.z.e.r.o. for you to come aboard, no security.I will be in the Master Bedroom, located above the garage and 2 other male housemates will be in the 2 other rooms upstairs.
