Pets are never allowed. Very periodical overnight guests can be discussed. The bedroom is very recently renovated with fresh paint, new trim, doors & ceiling fan. The bedroom is furnished with a bed & a dresser. A newer hardwood floor was installed less than 3 years ago. ABILITY TO GET ALONG WITH OTHER ROOMMATES IS A MUST.
