This room is for someone working or studying. Rent is $299 per week (see details below).4 weeks bond is required plus the first week or two of rent when moving in if you are staying more than a month, or less than that still has a bond to be paid. If you wanted to live for only 1 or 2 weeks it is $349 per week. If you wanted to live for only 1 month it is $325 per week. If you wanted to live for 1-2 months or around 3 months then it is $299 per week. You will have your own lockable bedroom, sharing the rest of the unit with a nice, tidy, clean, quiet lady and her partner. Gas cooktop for cooking and well kept clean unit. Good size clean room for rent (2.8m x 3.7m including the built in mirrored wardrobe). There is no desk or chair in the room. Single bed is supplied in the room if you need it or you can bring your own bed. Plenty of storage space in the built in wardrobe. The unit is less than 10 minutes walk to Lidcombe train station, clubs, local shops. The rent does include some of the normal standard everyday usage of electricity (conditions apply, any electricity above or over $150 on the total power bill needs to be paid for by the tenant), gas and water bills are free with normal everyday usage, not excessive consumption. The electricity bill may come in after you have moved out so there may be a delay in getting the last part of your bond back, until we have seen the power bill or if we have contacted the electricity company to get the final electric meter reading when you move out. A basic legal NSW rental agreement contract can be given and signed by both of us. This room is only available for around up to 3 months or on a week by week or monthly basis. You will be given at least 1 weeks notice when the room needs to be vacated. The building is a secure place with a colour camera intercom, security cameras around the outside, free street parking. Bankstown, Parramatta and DFO Homebush aren’t too far away by car, bus or train ride
