We have a private room, it has its own AC unit for comfort year-round. The main bathroom would primarily be yours, giving you added space and privacy. Our home is dog-friendly with two friendly dogs, so you must be comfortable around pets. We are a cannabis-friendly household, so we’re looking for someone who is okay with that environment. Our grandchildren visit about once a month, bringing a fun, family vibe when they’re here. The backyard includes a small playground, a fire pit, and outdoor space to enjoy. We also have a house cleaner come every other week, which helps keep shared spaces fresh and maintained. We’re located in a convenient area close to TriMet and nearby shopping, making commuting and daily errands easy.
