Heating is hydronic water fed baseboard heat using natural gas and cooling is window units. The 2nd floor has a thermostat the 3rd floor does not and uses electric baseboard heating. The location is conveniently between union deposit and Jonestown road with quick easy access to highway 283. The neighborhood and neighbors are nice. I havent had any issues with anyone.
