On occasion we have one person that uses the living room as a very occasional crash pad, while on business in LA. On a rare occasion (~ once in 3 months) he may have a model and stylist over for a fitting, occasionally tests lighting setups in the living room and does have some photo equipment in the living room though it does not dominate the space. The other occasional roommate is the lease holder, and spends most time in San Francisco. He has a background in the technology industry, and is currently a founder of a company and a gig worker. He is rarely there, and when there is very quiet and just stays in the living room for a couple of days at a time.
