This huge master room has a walk in closet and it’s own private bath with a huge storage closet and is furnished with a queen size bed, mini fridge, dresser, headboard with built in shelves, lamps, keypad lock on the bedroom door. The pictures do not do it justice at all. The deposit / move in fee is half the monthly. The deposit is refunded as long as there are no damages and in the same condition as when you moved into it and a thirty days move out notice is given.I have been an Airbnb Super Host for the past decade!
