Fully furnished 1 bed/1 bath in 2 bed/2 bath apartment available immediately! Hi all,I am 26F looking for a female roommate (or a couple) to add to my 2b/2b apartment starting immediately. The lease would extend to the end of May 2027 and rent is $1082/month per person without utilities. The apartment is fully furnished and has central air/heat, in-unit laundry, available parking, and other amenities! There are also several biking and hiking trails within walking distance of the complex if you’re a fellow nature enjoyer. The location is close to Epic (8 min drive), about 5 minutes driving distance from several grocery stores off McKee, and approximately 20 minutes from downtown Madison. I’m primarily looking for someone who loves cats (I already have 2 so cannot take in any more sadly) but they are very sweet and cuddly and love attention:) More about me: I like to hike and bake, and I sometimes host movie nights with a small gathering of friends, but I’m definitely more on the introverted side and prefer the apartment to be relatively quiet. If you think you’d be a good match, please reach out and we can coordinate! Thanks!

Room for rent in a single family home on South side. Walking distance to several establishments on Park Street, to Lakeside Coffee House, and to Bernie's Beach. Quiet and friendly neighborhood, with views of the Capitol from Monona Bay. One year lease. Room mostly furnished with my own things but you are welcome to bring your own things if you prefer. Bathroom and other areas of the home, which have TVs and couches and a kitchen and laundry area, would be shared. I am the only current occupant, with my two dogs. I work remotely full time and use the downstairs common room for my work, but this is negotiable depending on schedules, etc. I'm pretty chill and usually keep to myself and my doggos but I'm also very open to interacting when I'm able if it makes sense. I don't really have any additional photos of my place right now as I was originally preparing for a move (no longer) and I need to get things back in order before taking photos. The current one posted is an unfurnished photo of the available room. The room currently has a TV, a bed, a handful of drawers, and some glass shelves.

Looking for a reputable housemate for $900 a month, all utilities included. I do have my three children 50% of the time so I will be doing some sort of background check. They are 4,6 and 9. Share the yard. I’m home washer/dryer
