There’s a shared outdoor pool in the complex, which is a great bonus in the warmer months. I’ve lived here for almost 3 years, so it’s fully set up with everything you need, including fly screens, air conditioning, a dishwasher, and a collection of handy little extras. 📍 LocationWe’re extremely well connected:* 1–2 min walk to the 412 bus stop + replacement bus to Sydenham Metro* 5 min walk to Dulwich Hill Metro (opening later this year)* 5 min walk to light rail We’re also close to plenty of cafés, restaurants, gyms, supermarkets, op shops and bars along Marrickville and Illawarra Road.
