There are 3 livingrooms one of which is upstairs. 4 bedrooms total 2 upstairs and 2 master bedrooms downstairs. The room is downstairs. It has a mounted in tv w/ all streaming app already pre-programmed, walk-in closet, both AT&T (upstairs) & Xfinity (downstairs) high speed internet. ALL rented rooms are female occupants only. Huge front and back patios. All tenants have their own personal cabinets for dishes, food, etc; There are 2 refrigerators (2 tenants per refrigerator).
