For this deluxe room, we are asking $1850/month, plus utilities (split evenly). A little about the house…It’s located in a quiet-yet-central pocket of Los Feliz, walkable to SO many places – cafes/coffee shops, the grocery store, Los Feliz 3 movie theater, Los Feliz Flea Market, etc. The house is so CHARMING, with arched entryways and an old-Hollywood vibe. It has a SPACIOUS KITCHEN with an island (great for cooking!), a designated DINING ROOM (with three skylights), MULTIPLE COMMON LIVING AREAS (including a cozy window nook), an AWESOME BACKYARD & PATIO lined with plants, and a COMMUNAL ADU (great for hosting, with a second kitchen). Other amenities include AC/CENTRAL HEATING and TWO IN-UNIT WASHER DRYERS. There is a driveway for parking (shared amongst all tenants), as well as ample street parking (no permits required).
