There are two full bathrooms. Washer and dryer for laundry are in the apartment. Guarantors are accepted. Can be month to month sublet, or full lease. Two female roommates already live here. Both are professional free lance workers that earn a steady income. New roommate would ideally be female and/or queer! One cat already lives here. No new pets, sorry! Move in would be May 1st.
