I have a room in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house available June 4. I am looking for a roommate who is interested in a fun, healthy and peaceful environment. I would consider opening the house up to one other dog, if it was the right fit. There would be 3 of us total living in the house. ROOM SPECS• $1,100 not including utilities (utilities range from $80-135 per month pp)• The bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, is on the 2nd floor and would share a bathroom with me (the owner). I am in the primary bedroom across the hall. Shared spaces: upstairs living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry and shared deck/patio spaces. • Unfurnished or furnished with a queen bed, nightstand and dresser. ABOUT ME: I’m a female in my mid thirties that works from home 9-5 M-F. I used to live in Breckenridge for 11 years and I bought this house and moved down the hill in 2023. I ski, hike, bike and like to get outside a lot with my dog, Bindi. I’m pretty easy going and I’m looking for roommates that are respectful and very clean! Bindi is a chi-heeler mix that’s a little standoffish at first, but warms up and is very sweet. I enjoy hosting occasional small social gatherings, such as holiday parties & game nights, attending live events, such as concerts & comedy shows, and other fun outdoor activities. But usually, most day-to-day activities will consist of relaxed afternoons and quiet evenings. I am 420 friendly, but can smoke outside if it bothers you.The other roommate is a teacher and she has a similar work schedule. ABOUT YOU: I would love to find someone of like-mindedness.
