Downstairs shared facilities such as garden, kitchen facilities, sitting room etc. Just a short distance from UCD either a 10- 25min drive / bus journey depending on traffic. Area is well serviced by public transport such as main bus corridor on the N11 which is a 10min walk or the Green Line Luas which is a 6min walk. Suitable for TCD/TUD student by luas (25min to city centre). Free Parking outside the house is also available.Deposit €1,000.
