Hello! I have 1 room available in my 4 bedroom house with no HOA close to downtown raleigh, , louisburg road, Triangle Town center. The bedroom is large enough to be its own small studio apartment with a large walk in closet. It can come furnished with queen bed, dresser, TV, end table, lamp, and small desk with chair. All amenities included and includes 1 private and .5 shared bathroom. Friendly neighbors and great amenities, such as hot tub in colder months, gym equipment (chest press, dumbells, squat rack), hammock, fire pit, outdoor grill, and garden.Currently it is just me living here. My boyfriend stays here almost full time, and his son stays here every other weekend (give or take). I do not own any pets, however I do rover so you have to be ok with occasional random dogs in the house. There are three bedrooms and one bath upstairs, while the master (my room) is downstairs. One bedroom upstairs i use for my office as i WFH, but that will be the only time i am upstairs. The walls are very thick in the house, so you will have privacy and seperation. We keep pretty quiet during the week, but like to be active during the weekend. Sometimes we arent even here that much on the warmer months as I try to spend as much time on the lake as possible. We get along great and would love a roomy that we can also hangout with, but we respect privacy. You might catch us throwing back a shot or two on the weekend. So bring your best beer pong face and try your luck. We don’t mind if you’re gay, straight, into Twinkies, or whatever opinions you have, as long as you’re also respectful and don’t mind getting beat in Mario kart on occasion.
